Alerts

In order to provide a protection as concrete as possible  to human rights defenders at risk, the Observatory operate a mechanism of systematic alert of the international community on situations of harassment and repression of human rights  defenders on all continents, and to mobilise protection actors, such as intergovernmental institutions, international, regional and national human rights mechanisms, influential diplomacy, NGOs, the media, and the general public. These alerts are disseminated by email as well as on our Twitter account.
